MADRID HOA and COMMUNITY E-MAIL POLICY
The purpose of this policy is to ensure that the Madrid Residents who sign up to receive e-mails from our HOA, Board and Communications Committee, only receive notifications, announcements, and other messages directly related to Madrid HOA matters. Email notifications, announcements, and other messages will be sent out only by the Madrid Board or Madrid Communications Committee. Such emails may be sent out at the request of the Madrid HOA Board of Directors, Management Company, or at the discretion of the Madrid Communications Committee. Homeowners who wish to distribute personal announcements, notifications and other messages may do so by contacting the Communications Committee via the Madrid Website; such messages will be posted on the Community Chat section of the Madrid website.  Any questions in regards to this policy may be directed to the Madrid HOA Board and Madrid Communications Committee. This policy is subject to change.
